Overview
Become a CyTrack Premium Partner so that your company is recognised as a specialist amongst your peers ! The CyTrack Premium Partner Program facilitates connecting specialists of CyTrack products with each other.
CyTrack Premium Partners may be Telephone/PABX Specialists, CRM Specialists, Third Party Developers, or System Integrators. When putting together a complete solution a CyTrack Premium Partner can look-up a corresponding specialist to match their requirements and be confident they are working with a partner who knows the CyTrack product range as well as they do.
CyTrack will actively continue to add value for our Premium Partners in
marketing and opportunities.
CyTrack Authorised Partner
A CyTrack Authorised Partner has met the initial requirements for
Partner Registration and has completed the CyTrack Sales Overview training
session and demonstrated that resources are available and trained in
engagement with CyTrack sales and support services.
CyTrack Authorised Partner is achieved by the following requirements having been met:
- Completed CyTrack Partner Registration
-
Having your sales team complete the CyTrack Sales Training Overview
- Demonstrated competency for business engagement with CyTrack
products.

CyTrack Gold Premium Partner
A CyTrack Gold Premium Partner has shown their competency in an
excellent level of sales knowledge and experience with CyTrack
products.
CyTrack Gold is achieved by the following requirements having been met:
- Having your sales team complete the CyTrack Sales Training Overview.
- CyTrack Sales NFR installed and available in-house for demonstration.
- 3 sales completed based on CyTrack products.
- Ongoing program of marketing CyTrack products.

CyTrack Platinum Premium Partner
A CyTrack Platinum Premium Partner has achieved Gold status and further
shown their competency in an excellent level of technical knowledge and
experience with CyTrack products. CyTrack Platinum is achieved by
the following requirements having been met:

- Having a technician complete the CyTrack Technical Training Program
- CyTrack Technical NFR installed and available in-house
- 3 installations completed based on CyTrack products
- Ongoing program of marketing CyTrack products
